Want a cleaner, greener heating system for your home at a price you can afford?

Renewable heating systems can be expensive, but when installed in the right properties they provide attractive environmental and cost benefits.

Securing Renewable Heat Funding from our partners Clean Air Ventures helps you to avoid the upfront expense of the system by funding all or part of the installation cost.

We are delivering Heat as a Service to our customers

The Renewable Heat Incentive was a UK Government scheme aiming to encourage uptake of renewable heat technologies amongst householders, communities and businesses through financial incentives, and increase heating coming from renewable sources.

The domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) closed to new applications on 31 March 2022 making way for Heat as a Service an exiting way of funding heat pump installation.

E.ON announce Heatio as its project partner for the BEIS-funded Heat Pump Ready Programme.

This exciting project will run from July 22 to December 22; during this period, Heatio and E.ON will be working alongside Newcastle City Council and Northern Powergrid to develop the UK’s first Heat as a Service finance solution, which will initially be rolled out in homes across the Newcastle region.

"Fesibility projects such as this one are crucial if we are going to install the number of heat pumps needed to meet the UK's net zero targets"

Reduce your
energy bills

Heat pumps are around 3 to 4 times more efficient than LPG, oil, electricity and gas boilers. So you could benefit from annual savings on your energy bills.

Boost your Clean Credentials

With the Government's target to ban gas boilers in new builds by 2025, an ASHP ensures your heating system's renewable and environmentally friendly.

Heating System

Benefit from a new hot water tank, radiator upgrades (if needed) and smart heating controls, from a system that requires minimal maintenance to generate heat all year round.
